Simply Pasture and our products
What is Simply Pasture?
Simply Pasture is a food brand in development, built around clearer animal-raising standards, farmer transparency, and a range spanning fresh meat, eggs, dairy, deli, breakfast, snacks, and prepared meals.
Where can I buy Simply Pasture products?
Simply Pasture products are not currently available for purchase. The Where to Buy finder contains example stores for demonstration; they do not carry Simply Pasture. Confirmed retailers will be listed when products become available.
What does ‘product concept’ mean?
A product concept shows a proposed item in the Simply Pasture range. Its packaging, ingredients, specifications, and availability may change during development. It is not a final product offered for sale.
Do the contact and farmer forms send an inquiry?
Not yet. The forms on Contact and Become a Farmer are interactive demonstrations. Nothing you enter is sent or saved by the forms, and completing one does not contact the team or submit a supplier application.
Understanding our standards
Do all Simply Pasture products carry the same claims?
No. Raising and feeding standards vary by animal and product. A claim shown on one product should not be assumed to apply to the entire range. Our Standards explains the approach by category.
What does ‘Simply Raised Standard’ mean?
It refers to Simply Pasture’s own standards framework, which is still in development. It is not a third-party certification. Our Standards explains the expectations behind the framework and how they relate to different product categories.
Farms and food information
Can I see which farms supply Simply Pasture?
Not yet. Our Farms currently shows illustrative example stories about beef cattle, dairy cows and hens. They do not identify verified Simply Pasture suppliers. Links from product concepts to these stories are demonstrations, not verified sourcing connections.
Will I be able to trace a product to its farm?
Product-level traceability and a scannable package code are planned. The current website demonstrates product-to-farm links, but it does not trace an actual product batch to a supplying farm.
Where can I learn about nutrition?
Our Nutrition page explains feeding research, highlights choline in eggs, calcium in milk and zinc in beef, and links to recipes. These are general food references, not measured nutrition values for Simply Pasture’s concept products.
What does ‘Development recipe’ mean?
A recipe carrying this label has not yet been kitchen-tested. Its timing, yield and storage guidance are provisional. Check the notice on the individual recipe page before using it.
